Страны Центральной Азии претерпевают значительные трансформации, становясь зрелыми независимыми государствами на международной арене и переживая социально-демографические сдвиги. Это напоминает динамику, описанную в «Конце власти» Мойзеса Наима, где он утверждает, что революции «множественности, мобильности и менталитета» бросают вызов политическим лидерам создавая изменчивую и непредсказуемую среду. Целью данной статьи является проведение эмпирического анализа социально-демографических изменений в Центральной Азии для проверки предположения в региональном контексте.
