The editorial team of the Journal of Central Asian Studies adheres to the latest guidelines on transparency and best practices in open-access publishing. The journal follows the platinum open-access model, meaning there are no processing or publication fees for authors. All published articles are freely accessible to readers, supporting the journal's commitment to the unrestricted dissemination of scientific knowledge and fostering global knowledge exchange to advance social progress. 

All articles are immediately available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, allowing users to access, copy, use, distribute, redistribute, and build upon the content, provided proper citation is given.
