  • The percentage of self-citations in the manuscript should not exceed 30% of the total number of references.
  • All references in languages other than English should be submitted in accepted English transliteration. This can be done by using the program listed on the website http://translit.ru/ or https://transliteration.pro/bsi. Please remember to use the BSI (British Standards Institution) standard for transliterating Russian letters into Latin when creating a bibliographic description for a scientific publication. Correct transliteration is important for ensuring inclusion in foreign analytical databases.
  • Failure to meet these requirements will result in the manuscript being rejected by the editors and returned for revision.
