Зерттеуде 2019–2025 жылдар аралығында Қазақстан мен Франция БАҚ-ында ИМ-мен байланысы бар азаматтарды репатриациялау мәселесі бойынша қандай фреймдер қалыптасқаны және бұл фреймдердің қоғамдық дискурста қалай көрініс тапқаны талданады. Стратегиялық мәдениет және медиафрейминг теорияларына сүйене отырып, зерттеуде салыстырмалы сапалық дизайн қолданылды: 100 медиамәтінге (әр елден 50) фреймдік талдау және YouTube-тағы 1000 пікірге (әр елден 500) тақырыптық талдау жүргізілді. Нәтижелер медиафреймингтің әртүрлі үлгілері бар екенін көрсетеді: Қазақстанда ең кең таралған фрейм — жанашырлық фреймі болса, француз БАҚ материалдарының таңдамасында қауіпсіздік фреймі басым болды. Қазақстанда қауіпсіздік фреймі мемлекеттің жауапкершілігі мен ұлттық реинтеграция идеясына негізделген гуманитарлық және оңалту мәселелерімен қатар көрініс тапты. Францияда жауапқа тарту, азаматтық және әділеттілік мәселелері басым болды; бұл пікірталасқа неғұрлым моральдық сипат беріп, қауіпсіздік фреймімен қатар өрбіді.
