Аннотация

В данной статье исследуется культурная дипломатия Китая и России и подход «мягкой силы» в Центральной Азии. Опираясь на различные источники, включая научную литературу, отчеты и экспертные анализы, наш анализ проливает свет на стратегии, используемые этими державами. Оба государства конкурируют за влияние посредством сочетания инструментов жесткой и мягкой силы, адаптированных к разнообразному геополитическому ландшафту региона. В то время как Китай полагается в первую очередь на свой огромный экономический потенциал как важнейший компонент своей культурной дипломатии для построения «мягкой силы», Россия опирается на свои исторические социокультурные связи с регионом. Борьба за влияние между Россией и Китаем в регионе выходит за рамки простого геополитического маневрирования, проникая в сферу культуры и перерастая в битву за сердца и умы общественности региона. Эта конкуренция существенно влияет на глобальную динамику сил и будущую траекторию роста государств Центральной Азии. Подчеркивая тонкости этих отношений, мы стремимся внести свой вклад в существующую литературу о геополитической ситуации в Центральной Азии с культурной точки зрения.
