«Узбекистан-2030»: двойное стремление к экономической дипломатии и региональной интеграции для устойчивого развития в Центральной Азии

Стратегия «Узбекистан–2030» представляет собой ключевой национальный план развития, направленный на превращение страны в конкурентоспособное и устойчиво развивающееся государство. В данной статье рассматривается двойной курс на экономическую дипломатию и региональную интеграцию как фундаментальные опоры этой стратегии. Посредством всестороннего анализа основных целей стратегии, ключевых показателей эффективности и последних шагов по её реализации, автор раскрывает, как Узбекистан использует проактивную международную политику и углублённое внутирирегиональное сотрудничество для содействия устойчивому экономическому росту, повышения уровня социального благосостояния и обеспечения охраны окружающей среды. В статье подробно рассматриваются инициативы страны по привлечению прямых иностранных инвестиций, расширению торговых партнёрств и реализации ключевых инфраструктурных проектов в сферах транспорта, энергетики и управления водными ресурсами в Центральной Азии. На основе анализа эмпирических данных и оценок международных организаций исследование освещает достигнутый прогресс, существующие вызовы и перспективы стратегического курса Узбекистана, подчёркивая его стремление стать опорой стабильности и процветания в более широком центральноазиатском регионе.
