Геополитическая и цифровая игра: столкновение интересов ЕС и России в странах Центральной Азии

Аннотация

В январе 2024 года Европейский парламент принял резолюцию, излагающую стратегию ЕС в отношении Центральной Азии, подтвердив его геополитические амбиции и намерение уравновесить влияние других мировых держав в регионе. В данной статье подчеркивается значимость российского и китайского влияния в формировании подхода ЕС к Центральной Азии. Путем детального анализа авторы исследуют основные направления стратегии ЕС, учитывая политические, экономические и социальные аспекты. Основная цель данного исследования – выяснить и интерпретировать стратегические мотивы всех основных заинтересованных сторон в геополитическом ландшафте Центральной Азии.

Используя аналитическую основу, основанную на теории игр, это исследование строит матрицы выигрышей для стран Центральной Азии, ЕС, России, Китая и США. Инновационное применение теории игр в этом контексте предлагает новый взгляд на стратегические расчеты участвующих игроков, подчеркивая их конкурирующие и совместные интересы. Иными словами, в статье авторы используют теорию игр как инструмент для анализа стратегических взаимодействий между странами.

Представленная статья относится к числу аналитических и совмещает элементы математического моделирования. Основное назначение статьи заключается в том, чтобы раскрыть взаимосвязь между стратегическими интересами внешних акторов и внутренней устойчивостью стран региона Центральной Азии. Важно отметить, что в качестве формы научного изложения авторы выбрали комплексный междисциплинарный подход. Использование инструментов теории игр делает исследование особенно актуальным в контексте современных вызовов региональной безопасности. Это позволяет смоделировать рациональные выборы игроков в условиях неопределённости. Также авторам удалось выявить точки соприкосновения и возможные зоны конфликта интересов. Таким образом, работа вносит вклад в научную дискуссию о многоуровневой конкуренции в Центральной Азии. Наконец, предлагаются инструменты для дальнейшего прогнозирования динамики геополитических процессов.
