Post-Bipolar World Order: Character, Challenges, and Opportunities for Kazakhstan

Аннотация

Данная статья исследует постбиполярный мировой порядок посредством ивент-анализа международно-политических событий, имевших место в период 1991-2021 годов, с целью изучения изменения характера мирового порядка. Статья опирается на парадигму структурного реализма, как наиболее подходящей теоретической платформы. Данное исследование рассматривает место Казахстана в постбиполярном мировом порядке и шаги, предпринимаемые его руководством для успешного встраивания в него. В результате исследование приходит к выводу, что постбиполярный мировой порядок прошёл череду качественных трансформаций за рассматриваемый период. При этом Казахстан, не будучи великой державой, достаточно успешно встраивался в меняющуюся среду, защищая свои национальные интересы.
