Модели традиционализации общества в Узбекистане: противоречивые и совпадающие дискурсы о старом и новом

Аннотация

В последние годы в Узбекистане наблюдается значительная тенденция традиционализации общества. Возрождение традиционализма, обусловленное рядом дискурсивных стратегий, связанных с социальной борьбой за легитимизацию, а также механизмами преодоления последствий глобализации, явно представляет собой одну из наиболее важных парадигм, лежащих в основе социальных изменений в Узбекистане. В данной статье мы ставим перед собой задачу исследовать этот сдвиг и его структурные характеристики. После краткого введения, включающего некоторые эмпирические, концептуальные и методологические соображения, мы, во-первых, разработаем компактную аналитическую структуру, в которой утверждаем, что традиция и её проявления зависят от социальной сферы и, по сути, являются более изменчивыми и динамичными, чем обычно предполагается. Во-вторых, учитывая неразрывную связь между традицией и патриархатом, мы покажем, как патримониальные и патриархальные структуры укрепляют и легитимируют дискурс традиции. На основе этих критических соображений мы, в-третьих, обсудим возрождение традиционализма в Узбекистане и прольём свет на его последствия.

    Доктор Азиз Эльмурадов имеет степень PhD по политическим наукам и является научным сотрудником Билефельдского университета в рамках проекта «Институциональные изменения и социальная практика: исследование политической системы, экономики и общества в Центральной Азии и на Кавказе». В сферу его научных интересов входят теории международных отношений, постсоветские исследования, политическая социология и качественные методы исследования.

    Доктор Андреас Василаке имеет докторскую степень по политологии, является профессором европейских исследований в Билефельдском университете и директором Центра немецких и европейских исследований (CGES/ZDES). Его научные интересы охватывают международные отношения, европейские исследования и международную политическую теорию, уделяя особое внимание, в частности, подходам к государственному управлению, границам и исследованиям в области безопасности.
