Неустойчивость занятости как фактор неформальной приграничной торговли: кейс на примере границы Китай–Казахстан

В данной научной статье исследуется взаимосвязь между неустойчивостью занятости и неформальной трансграничной торговлей (НТТ) на китайско-казахстанской границе. Посредством проведения опроса среди участников НТТ исследование направлено на выявление факторов, побуждающих людей заниматься данным видом экономической деятельности. Полученные результаты показывают, что неустойчивость занятости, проявляющаяся в таких формах, как низкая заработная плата, отсутствие социальной защиты и нестабильные условия труда, является важным фактором, стимулирующим развитие НТТ. Столкнувшиеся с неустойчивостью занятости люди часто прибегают к НТТ как к средству дополнительного дохода и обеспечения своего существования. Настоящее исследование способствует более глубокому пониманию сложной динамики неформальной торговли и её связи с неустойчивостью занятости в контексте китайско-казахстанской границы.
