Бұл жұмыс Қазақстандағы әлеуметтік капитал құрылымының парадоксалды сипатын қарастырады, онда жалпылама сенімнің төмен қарқынына және күнделікті қызметке азаматтық қатысудың аздығына қарамастан, дағдарыс кезеңдерінде бейресми ынтымақтастықтың жоғары қарқыны байқалады. Зерттеудің мақсаты - қалыпты жағдайда әлеуметтік капиталдың төмен деңгейін анықтайтын факторларды анықтау және дағдарыс кезінде оның белсендіру механизмдерін анықтау. Дүниежүзілік құндылықтар зерттеуінің (Қазақстан, 2018 ж., N = 1200), 2024 жылғы су тасқынынан кейінгі ұлттық зерттеудің (N = 8000), 2025 жылғы сараптамалық сауалнаманың (N=54) деректерін біріктіретін бірізді аралас әдісті дизайн пайдаланылады. Сандық нәтижелер қалыпты жағдайда тұлғааралық сенім мен ресми азаматтық қатысудың тұрақты төмен деңгейін көрсетеді, ал дағдарыстық жағдайлар ұжымдық жұмылдырудың айтарлықтай жоғары деңгейін тудырады, бұл 2024 жылғы су тасқынына қарсы әрекет ету деректерінен көрінеді.
